LA Skin Limited ("LA Skin + Laser", "we") · Effective date: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use our website, contact us, or book or have a treatment with us. By doing so, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your personal information.

Treatments

  • Consultation and patch test. You must have a consultation, and a patch test where the treatment needs one, before your first treatment.

  • Your health information. You must give us full and accurate information about your health, medication, pregnancy, tanning and skin, and tell us about any change before each appointment.

  • Safety. We may refuse or postpone a treatment if it is not safe or suitable for you.

  • Results. Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a particular outcome or number of sessions, and you must follow the aftercare advice we give you.

  • Age. You must be 18 or over. We may treat under-18s at our discretion, but only with the written consent of a parent or guardian, who must attend every appointment.

Bookings, deposits and payments

  • Deposits. We may ask for a deposit to secure a booking or a course of treatment. Deposits come off the price of your treatment or course.

  • Deposit refunds. Deposits are refundable until your first treatment or course session. Once a course has started, the deposit is not refundable.

  • Your 14-day right to cancel. If you book by phone, online or by message, you can cancel within 14 days of booking and get your deposit back. If you ask us to start treatment within those 14 days, you pay for any treatment you have received.

  • Prices and payment. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due at each appointment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Courses and payment plans

  • A course must be used within 12 months of the first session. Sessions not used within that time expire.

  • Instalments are due at each session as agreed or in full.

  • Once a course has started, it is not refundable, and unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect your legal rights, for example if a treatment was not carried out with reasonable care and skill.

  • A course can be transferred to another person only with our written agreement.

Cancellations and missed appointments

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.

  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or do not attend, we may charge a fee of up to £100. The fee will never be more than the price of the booked treatment, and it may be taken from your deposit. For a course, we may count the appointment as a session used instead.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rebooked.

  • If we need to move or cancel an appointment, we will offer you another time or refund any deposit for that appointment.

Messages

  • If you contact us by WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, phone or email, we will reply by the same route.

  • We will only send you marketing messages with your consent, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

  • Messaging services are provided by third parties such as Meta, and their own terms also apply.

Our website

  • All content on our website, including text, images, logos and documents, belongs to LA Skin Limited and its creators. You may not copy it without our permission.

  • The information on our website is general and is not medical advice.

  • We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee this.

Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

  • Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from information you did not give us or from aftercare advice you did not follow.

General

  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.

  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

  • We may update these terms. The version on our website when you book applies.
